This modern wooden chair called ‘makil’, a stackable oak chair that showcases material, technique and structure. This wooden chair design by paris-based designer patrick norguet in collaboration with french furniture manufacturer alki, using the finest bending techniques and craftsmanship, the chair is composed of a series of seamlessly winding and intersecting forms. The combined use of solid oak and oak plywood adds an additional layer of interest to the object and the chair will be exhibited for the first time at maison et objet 2011.
